สถานีตำรวจภูธรบ้านกวาง

       

กต.ตร.

กต.ตร. ย่อมาจาก คณะกรรมการตรวจสอบและติดตามการบริหารงานตำรวจ

ซึ่งมีที่มาสืบเนื่องจากเจตนารมณ์ของรัฐธรรมนูญแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย พุทธศักราช 2540 (มาตรา 76) ที่มุ่งส่งเสริมให้ประชาชนมีบทบาทและภารกิจในการตรวจสอบการใช้อำนาจของรัฐ ดังนั้นเพื่อให้ประชาชนมีโอกาสเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการตรวจสอบติดตามการบริหารงานของตำรวจในทุกระดับ ตลอดจนให้ข้อเสนอแนะในการกำหนดนโยบายการพัฒนาและบริหารงานรัฐบาล เพื่อปรับปรุงกิจการตำรวจให้มีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น มีการกระจายอำนาจและเปิดโอกาสให้สังคมมีส่วนร่วมในการตรวจสอบและติดตามการบริหารงานตำรวจ และให้ข้อเสนอแนะอย่างเป็นระบบ โดยมีคณะกรรมการตรวจสอบและติดตามการบริหารงานตำรวจ
แบ่งออกเป็น 3 ระดับ คือ
1. กต.ตร.ระดับชาติ
2. กต.ตร.ระดับจังหวัด
3. กต.ตร. ระดับสถานีตำรวจ (กต.ตร.สน.)
ในแต่ละระดับจะมีประชาชนร่วมเป็น กรรมการ ชุดละ 6 - 10 คน คณะกรรมการตรวจสอบและติดตามการบริหารงานตำรวจระดับสถานีตำรวจ (กต.ตร.สน.) มีอำนาจหน้าที่ดังต่อไปนี้
- รับแนวทางและนโยบายการพัฒนาและการบริหารงานตำรวจ จาก กต.ตร. ไปปฏิบัติหน้าที่เพื่อให้เกิดผลตามนโยบาย
- ให้คำปรึกษาและข้อเสนอแนะการปฏิบัติงานของสถานีตำรวจให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายการพัฒนาและการบริหารงานตำรวจ
- ประสานการตรวจสอบและการติดตามการปฏิบัติงานของสถานีตำรวจ
- รับคำร้องเรียนของประชาชนเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติงานของข้าราชการตำรวจในสถานีตำรวจนครบาล ให้ข้อมูลข่าวสารและเสนอปัญหาความเดือดร้อนและความต้องการของประชาชนในเขตพื้นที่
- ให้คำแนะนำและช่วยเหลือสนับสนุนการประชาสัมพันธ์และการบริหารงานของสถานีตำรวจนครบาล
- รายงานผลการปฏิบัติงานให้ กต.ตร.กทม.ทราบตามที่ กต.ตร.กำหนด
- แต่งตั้งที่ปรึกษาหรือคณะทำงานเพื่อดำเนินการอย่างใดอย่างหนึ่งตามที่ กต.ตร.สถานีตำรวจมอบหมาย
